We understand that sometimes schedules change and emergencies arise. In order to be respectful of our other clients and our time, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made before 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will not incur a cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 25% of the service cost. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
